Appointments & Consultations

While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend scheduling an appointment for custom tattoo work. Consultations are free and allow us to discuss your design ideas, placement, and pricing. We value your time and ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

Deposits & Cancellations

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment, especially for custom or large-scale work. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your tattoo.

• Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations
• Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or last-minute cancellations
• We understand emergencies happen - please communicate with us

Age Requirements

You must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo or body piercing at Benesari Tattoo Studio. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for all services. No exceptions will be made.

Health & Safety

Your health and safety are our top priorities. We follow strict sterilization protocols and use only single-use, disposable needles and equipment.

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect your tattoo or piercing. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may pose a health risk.

Aftercare

Proper aftercare is essential for the healing and longevity of your tattoo or piercing. We will provide detailed aftercare instructions following your service. It is your responsibility to follow these instructions. We are not responsible for infections or complications resulting from improper aftercare.

Touch-Ups

We stand behind our work. If your tattoo requires a touch-up due to the healing process, we offer complimentary touch-ups within 90 days of your original appointment. Touch-ups needed due to improper aftercare may incur additional charges.

Pricing

Tattoo pricing is based on size, complexity, placement, and time required. We will provide a price estimate during your consultation. Final pricing will be determined upon completion. We accept cash and bank transfer.

Conduct

We strive to maintain a welcoming and professional environment for all clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or behaves in a disrespectful or disruptive manner.
